RÖSLE Brings Stainless Steel Cheese Mills Back to the Table

Rösle presents a nostalgic looking Cheese Mill that is anything but old fashioned. The mill is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a matt finish and is topped with a black cap over the top of the fill compartment. The grater includes two acid etched grating blade barrels or drums. The acid etched blades are sharper then stamped grating blades and produce mounds of grated cheese or chocolate in seconds.

The fine grating barrel creates a light, fluffy grate of cheese and the medium grating barrel creates a more substantial grate of cheese - perfect for grating onto hot sauces, as the cheese won?t melt as fast.

The mill is comfortable to hold in the hand and the industrial looking crank is smooth to turn. The barrels or drums, the crank and the mill are easy to take apart and reassemble. Unlike plastic cheese mills, this one feels sturdy and durable. The mill can be disassembled for cleaning and all components - with the exception of the grating drums - can go into the dishwasher for cleaning.
